3D FORMING / IMD

We are equipped with HDVF “Niebling” forming capability. This is designed for use in creating 3D forms in pre-screen printed foils – prior to insertion in injection mold tooling to create In-mould decorated products.

The ability to control graphic pre-distortion of graphics for the print stage and graphic positioning during the forming process is a critical element of our capability.

The same equipment can be used to create 3D formed insulation or shielding barriers where conventional die-cut and less complex fabricated shapes cannot be accommodated within equipment.
